What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, schedule, and execute all aspects of TEG® system implementations according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Provide on-site installation, software and hardware configuration, and product support for Haemonetics equipment
- Conduct operator training for Haemonetics software and devices
- Communicate progress and outcomes against tasks to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure project completion on time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field preferred
- Medical Technologist (MT), ASCP preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing, using, and supporting laboratory, medical technology, or clinical solutions in healthcare
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in IT and/or software implementation
- Ability to travel up to 65%, with extensive overnight travel as required
- Reside within 45 minutes of either Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA
