What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and optimize the organization's telecommunication systems, including traditional and AI-based platforms
- Manage phone upgrades to a consolidated platform and optimize ISP performance
- Support general telephony requests and ensure seamless communication infrastructure
- Coordinate phone system upgrades and migrations
- Handle configuration, routing, and provisioning of telephony systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing telecommunication systems, VoIP platforms, or related technologies
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, ISP performance metrics, and telecom infrastructure
- Proficiency in call analytics tools and reporting systems
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI-based call management or IVR systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Voice
- Knowledge of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud telephony systems
- Experience with automation or AI platforms for customer interaction
