What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer network service requests and coordinate installations based on project specifications.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports for management review.
- Manage the lifecycle of circuit installations, including new installs and disconnects.
- Collaborate with vendors to address WAN escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to track and close trouble tickets effectively.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of IT work experience; or additional 2 years of work experience can be substituted for the degree.
- At least 3 years of applicable network experience and support.
- Strong knowledge of networking, including SD-WAN and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams.
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance and have resided in the U.S. for the last 5 years.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in T2 network support.
- Familiarity with trouble shooting router, switch, and modem connections.
- Experience with remote connections using VPN, Putty, and SSH.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
