      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support patient and staff safety by preventing harmful behaviors in the inpatient care space through virtual means
      - Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the telehealth program
      - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care delivery
      - Provide information and assistance to patients and staff regarding telehealth services
      - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to telehealth activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical, secretarial, or customer service work
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in using technology and virtual communication tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in telehealth or remote patient support
      - Additional certifications related to healthcare or customer service
      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
      - Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
