      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies
      - Optimize time and resources to consistently meet sales goals
      - Handle customer interactions promptly to minimize wait times
      - Build rapport with customers to reinforce the value of the employer's brand and products
      - Develop strong knowledge of the insurance products and services offered

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
      - Proven attendance reliability
      - Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
      - Ability to obtain a property and casualty insurance license (preparatory course provided)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven sales success in an inbound service environment, ideally in direct sales
      - Experience in the insurance industry
      - Background in service industry or contact center experience
      - Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
