      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
      - Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
      - Utilize appropriate messaging and transition phrases during calls
      - Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics
      - Demonstrate exceptional customer service during interactions with potential donors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must work full-time day shift Monday through Friday
      - Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
      - Must possess a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
      - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
      - Must pass a background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or some college education is a plus
      - Strong communication skills, including clear and effective verbal communication
      - Experience in a performance-driven environment
      - Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
      - Basic computer skills for data entry and donor management
