What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
- Utilize responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and react quickly to the person being called
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday; additional shifts may be required during peak busy seasons
- Must reside in the continental United States
- Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace to ensure professional interactions
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear articulation and engaging tone
- Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm during long hours of calls
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage data entry while conversing with donors
- Emotional resilience to handle potential rejection and maintain a positive attitude
