What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging during calls
- Utilize responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics, including an occupancy ratio of 85%
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain professional behavior throughout interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday to Friday
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
- Must own a computer that meets system requirements, along with a USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions
- Must pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
- Previous experience in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to coaching and feedback
- Experience with data entry and managing donor information
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant and engaging voice
