What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of meetings for new hires within the Philanthropic Partnerships Team
- Provide materials and serve as a point of contact for new hire onboarding meetings
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize communications for effective collaboration
- Maintain organized records and data, including management of the team SharePoint site
- Assist with special projects, including basic project management and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within a complex and fast-paced organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to various working styles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to handle high workloads and competing demands with poise
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proactive in identifying team needs and helping to resolve them
- Experience in project management or conducting research and analysis of data
- Ability to respond positively to change and embrace new practices for problem-solving
- History of improving efficiency within organizational systems
