What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Keep clients informed and up-to-date on tax-related matters using a shared database (SharePoint)
- Retrieve documents and graphics, making them presentable and uploading information to the internal client dashboard
- Organize client information from various sources to ensure all parties are informed
- Utilize SharePoint for managing client-related documents and data
- No creation of original content required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient in Excel
- Must be a multitasker
- Experience with shared database management and/or SharePoint is ideal but not required
- 3-5 years of experience post-education is acceptable
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a project coordination or management role within a legal or professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with tax-related matters or legal documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
