      Who You'll Work With

Slalom is a modern, dynamic consulting company that is proud that our people-first culture that empowers our 10,000 global colleagues to take on a range of business challenges with many of the leading organizations in the world.

We are seeking a Benefits Analyst with hands-on international/global benefits experience to support the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Slalom's benefit programs across multiple countries and regions. This role partners closely with the Global Benefits team, People Business Partners, Payroll, HR/People Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors/insurers to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, scalable, and fiscally responsible.

This is an execution-and-improvement role: you will not only run core operational processes (eligibility, enrollments, billing, audits, case support), but also take initiative to identify process gaps and implement efficiencies-especially through better use of Workday, automation, and data-driven workflows (including responsible use of AI where appropriate)

      What You'll Do

Global benefits administration & employee support
      • Support the day-to-day administration of health, well-being, and other benefit programs across multiple countries/regions (e.g., Americas and EMEA), including eligibility, enrollments, life events, and vendor coordination.
      • Provide strong customer service and case resolution for colleagues with benefit questions and issues-triaging requests, determining the right path to resolution, and communicating clearly and timely.
      • Partner with People Business Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent employee experience and accurate benefits outcomes.

      Vendor, billing, and audit operations
      • Coordinate day-to-day operations with third-party administrators, brokers, insurers, and other external partners to resolve escalations, correct errors, and improve service outcomes.
      • Support integrations, reconciliation, and reporting between external benefit partners and internal HR/Payroll systems (including Workday), ensuring data accuracy end-to-end.
      • Audit and reconcile payroll benefit deductions, eligibility outputs, invoices, support compliance reporting and audit processes.
      • Support open enrollment activities (planning support, validations, testing, communications coordination, and post-enrollment cleanup as needed).

Workday support, automation, and continuous improvement
      • Support Workday benefits operations and testing, including documenting test scenarios, executing test scripts, validating results, and assisting with defect tracking and resolution.
      • Proactively identify recurring issues, manual workarounds, or process bottlenecks; recommend and help implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and employee experience.
      • Identify opportunities for automation and standardization (e.g., Workday configuration optimizations, improved file processes, better reporting/controls, knowledge articles/SOPs, and workflow enhancements).
      • Leverage data and (where appropriate) AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency (e.g., trend analysis, root-cause identification, draft communications/knowledge articles), ensuring responsible use, data privacy, and governance alignment.

      Data privacy & risk management
      • Handle confidential employee data with discretion and ensure compliance with applicable privacy requirements and internal best practices.
      • Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, HR Ops, Payroll) to ensure benefits processes follow country-specific requirements and vendor obligations as applicable.

      Project and team support
      • Assist in implementing new or enhanced benefit plans and related initiatives; contribute to project plans, timelines, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
      • In partnership with the Global Benefits team, support additional operational priorities and special projects as assigned.

      Who you are:
      • You have a passion for people and a service mindset, paired with strong follow-through and accountability.
      • You are a self-starter-comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, taking initiative, and moving work forward with minimal oversight.
      • You are detail-oriented and analytical, with a bias toward solving root causes (not just fixing symptoms).
      • You enjoy improving how work gets done and you naturally look for ways to make processes more scalable, automated, and user-friendly.
      • You communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy-especially when translating complex benefits topics into simple guidance.

      What You'll Bring

      Required
      • Hands-on experience supporting employee benefits across multiple countries/regions (in-house, through a broker/consulting environment, or via global vendor administration support).
      • Experience working with HR systems and payroll systems and understanding how benefit programs integrate with them; Workday experience strongly preferred.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive/confidential data.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate work with minimal rework.
      • Strong customer service skills and the ability to independently engage vendors to resolve issues.
      • Experience auditing and reconciling benefits data (e.g., eligibility outputs, payroll deductions, invoices, or enrollment files).

      Preferred
      • Experience using case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for benefits inquiries and tracking.
      • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint; comfort summarizing findings and communicating trends.
      • Experience supporting benefits testing, implementation work, or vendor transitions in a multi-country environment.
      • Interest and aptitude for process automation, controls, and documentation (SOPs/knowledge articles), including responsible use of AI tools to improve speed and quality where appropriate.
