      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Vice Chancellor
      - Manage calendars, arrange travel, and process reimbursements
      - Take meeting notes and coordinate meetings
      - Assist with event preparation as needed
      - Maintain organized documentation and support overall office operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
      - 1-3 years of relevant experience
      - Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English
      - Compliance with background check and other employment conditions
      - Legal right to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an executive administrative support role within higher education
      - Familiarity with university policies and procedures
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Proficiency in office software and technology
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
