      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
      - Prepare expense reports and handle confidential correspondence
      - Organize and plan Board meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed
      - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff, facilitating effective communication
      - Provide administrative support, including document filing and visitor reception

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 2+ years of experience as an office manager or providing administrative support to executive leaders
      - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of public education and the charter school movement
      - Demonstrated proficiency in marketing and social media content management
      - Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin
      - Previous experience in education or nonprofit environments
