What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process requests for patient health information while adhering to company policies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information
- Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
- Prepare new patient charts and ensure medical records are accurate and complete
- Respond to inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to utilize general office equipment
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Previous production or metric-based work experience
- In-person customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
- Willingness to bring new ideas and process improvement suggestions
