      Location: Human Resources Office, District Complex

      7227 Land O'Lakes Blvd., Land O'Lakes, FL 34638

      Monday - Friday 37.5 hours/week

      $15.00 Per Hour

      Non-Benefit Position

      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

      1. Operating knowledge of computer programs and ability to effectively use technology in

      daily work, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

      2. Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in systems

      3. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures

      4. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, orally and in writing,

      including electronic media

      5. Ability to organize, prioritize, manage and carry out duties efficiently and within

      established timeframes

      6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees

      7. Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations

      EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

      • Associate’s degree or equivalent (2 years of college coursework)
      • One year of clerical, data entry, and/or customer service experience

      OR

      • Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
