      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to Project Managers, ensuring high-quality task execution
      - Manage resource scheduling and order entry for products and services
      - Complete initial project setup for new clients using project management software
      - Assist with meeting scheduling and provide technical and administrative support to the Client Services team
      - Communicate effectively with internal teams to enhance customer service and resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of direct customer and project support experience
      - Experience in project, program, or event coordination
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, and Teams) and NetSuite
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills

      - Knowledge of Salesforce
      - Experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests under tight deadlines
