- Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify trends and provide insights to independent contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Capability to provide constructive feedback to agents
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance or a similar role within a call center environment
