What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Disposition inventory to ensure Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are approved against specifications and accurately reflected in the ERP system
- Collaborate with supplier quality teams to document and investigate deviations and consumer complaints
- Facilitate the approval of Change Controls and track implementation
- Manage the routing and approval of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documents
- Generate and report on key quality metrics to support business continuity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a dietary supplement or food manufacturing environment within quality assurance
- Working knowledge of 21 CFR 111 and 21 CFR 117
- BS Degree in a science-related discipline (Biology, Nutrition, Food Science, Regulatory Science, or closely related discipline)
- Strong computer skills in business technology platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, other enterprise applications)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
