      Position Overview

      The Temporary Recruiter supports high-volume telesales hiring by identifying, screening, and advancing qualified candidates through the recruiting process. This role partners with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring teams to maintain a strong candidate pipeline while delivering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

      Key Responsibilities
      Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
      Review applications and evaluate candidate qualifications against established hiring criteria.
      Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
      Present qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring team for next steps.
      Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
      Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      Ensure all recruiting activities are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs).
      Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
      Respond to candidate questions and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
      Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations leaders to support hiring priorities.
      Monitor recruiting metrics and productivity goals.
      Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines.
      Qualifications
      Required
      High School Diploma or equivalent.
      1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
      Experience recruiting for call center, customer service, sales, or telesales positions preferred.
      Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills.
      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      Preferred
      Experience supporting seasonal or volume hiring initiatives.
      Experience recruiting remote employees.
      Healthcare or insurance industry recruiting experience.
