Job Description

- Dual Monitors
- USB Headset with built in Mic
- Wired keyboard/mouse
- Computer specifications must meet minimum requirements of: 8GB RAM, minimum 2GHZ processing power, Windows 10+ or MacOS Monterrey+
- Reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20MBPS Download and 10MBPS Upload
- No Wifi, satellite, wireless based, or Hotspot services
- You cannot use a VPN while working
Activus Connect is looking for passionate customer service reps with call center experience to provide service to customers who have experienced a data breach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance targets and goalsExperience:
- Previous experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work well in a team environmentTechnical Requirements:
This is a seasonal full-time position
