      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on assessments
      - Provide support to members in various settings and assist with support groups
      - Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a collaborative approach for each member
      - Complete documentation regarding member contacts, cancellations, and care plans
      - Communicate professionally with members, families, and community agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist
      - Successfully participated in a recovery program
      - Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to maintain excellent punctuality and attendance
      - Willingness to travel within the community as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in coordinating care with primary care providers and community agencies
      - Familiarity with Substance Use Disorder Program guidelines
      - Previous involvement in community outreach efforts
      - Demonstrated ability to achieve set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
