Job Description
- Req#: 528171
- Manage daily operations, workflow processes, and warehouse inventory
- Manage multiple teams of dedicated carrier delivery drivers in addition to terminal staff
- Ensure terminal is performing efficiently and meeting customer expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the Albany market
- Resolve operational issues in an efficient, fair and expeditious manner
- Manage the operations budget, profit and loss objectives, internal metrics and key performance indicators.
- Minimum two years final mile delivery experience
- Functional understanding of P&L statements
- Experience managing and training direct reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Office
- Excellent organization skills as well as being a detail-oriented self-starter
- Travel as needed
- Excellent base wage
