      About the Role- Essential Functions
      • Engage with existing and prospective customers: You will assume ownership of opportunities during the initial engagement, both with existing customers (for briefing/upgrade calls) and prospective customers (for new sales). Your role involves qualifying leads and ensuring a seamless transition into the sales process.
      • Manage relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs): Since the majority of our sales are made through VARs, you will establish and maintain strong working relationships with them. You will provide strategic assistance, training, and support to VARs throughout the sales process, playing a critical role in their success.
      • Drive opportunities through the sales process: As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for moving opportunities through the sales process. You will work closely with VARs to progress opportunities, handle any issues that arise, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales journey for our customers.
      • Execute business plans and achieve targets: Under the guidance of the Regional Manager, you will execute the business plan for your territory. Your ability to meet and exceed sales targets will contribute to the overall success of the company.
      • Conduct demos and workshops: You will perform exemplary overview demos to showcase the capabilities of our software. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct user groups and workshops, providing valuable insights and knowledge to customers and partners.

      About You - Essential Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
      • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software industry
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenges with a proactive mindset
      • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with VARs and customers
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data
      • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required

      The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.
      • $110,000 - 120,000 OTE ( base salary + commission)
