Job Description

Meets regularly with customers; visit at least 30 unique customers daily.
Responds to customer needs with solutions from the company`s range of products and services.
Monitor and achieve monthly Sales KPIs
Observe competitor strategies within the assigned territory.
Leads training sessions on company product offering and sales techniques to the KD teams.
Sets and outlines efficient sales strategies to the KD teams.
Demonstrate ability to achieve and beat monthly sales and revenue targets.
Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the similar role
Sales- oriented and analytical
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Great collaborative and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Have a strong product knowledge and offering.
Building business relationships with all channel members is key, as well as growing sales for the territory.
Have strong and powerful capabilities to communicate and work with all teams.
Be able to train and coach the KD teams on different sales KPIs.
Identify sales opportunities for growth and implement practical selling techniques.
