What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver regional training to promote quality care, patient satisfaction, and increase revenue
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new hygienists at dental practices
- Collaborate with vendor partners to arrange field meetings and enhance product utilization
- Serve as a liaison to the territory hygiene team, addressing inquiries regarding policies, reports, and support materials
- Partner with practice owners to prepare hygiene budgets and assess hygiene needs for the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Licensed and/or Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of residence
- Ability to obtain hygiene licenses in supported states within a year of hire, with expenses covered
- Proven ability to travel to assigned offices as required
- Excellent dexterity and coordination in handling small instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Demonstrated excellence in dental practice with strong business acumen and empathy for patients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Prior dental administrative or leadership experience
- Experience as adjunct or full-time dental hygiene faculty, or dental hygiene consulting experience with proven success
- Ideal candidate residing in the New Orleans area
