What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Visit customers both digitally and physically to provide innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive growth
- Manage customer accounts, including relationship building and product demonstrations
- Identify customer needs and deliver value-added solutions with technical support
- Own results and performance, maintaining accountability for sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven self-motivation and a strong desire to exceed sales goals
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales territory effectively
- Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology
- Background in the automotive aftermarket industry (mechanical or collision) is recommended but not required
