      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute local sales plans aligned with the strategic business unit (SBU) objectives to maintain and develop customer relationships
      - Manage customer roadmaps and growth opportunities through the CRM tool (ACE)
      - Implement pricing strategies while building relationships with customers and distributors
      - Provide insights to management regarding customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations
      - Collaborate with technical service teams to conduct line trials and address customer requests and complaints

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in crisis handling and customer research
      - Strong skills in networking, objection handling, and proposal generation
      - Ability to effectively manage territory and portfolio
      - Demonstrated proficiency in value selling and sales digital fluency
      - Experience in sales call planning and facilitating
