      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for new business and maximize growth opportunities in targeted accounts
      - Increase revenue by building consensus and closing business with customers
      - Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops and industry events
      - Conduct competitive market intelligence and adjust strategies to enhance market leadership
      - Develop and execute strategic business plans while maintaining customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of management experience in steel service center sales
      - Minimum 3 years of outside selling experience in the Flat Roll steel industry
      - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
      - Ability to read and interpret blueprints
      - Basic understanding of metallurgical terminology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Confident in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
      - Experience with customer quality issue resolution
      - Established personal network within the steel industry
