What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow accounts across Upstate New York and Eastern Pennsylvania
- Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and facility end users
- Deliver product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and on-site demos
- Identify new opportunities and drive market penetration
- Serve as a trusted resource and product expert in the commercial building space
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of outside sales experience
- Proven success in selling building materials to architects and designers
- Strong presentation skills and comfort with cross-functional collaboration
- Self-starter mindset with excellent organization and follow-through
- Preferred location near Syracuse or Rochester
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established relationships in the architecture and design community
- Familiarity with the commercial building sector
