What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of regional sales goals for the assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers through product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions
- Serve as a regional liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel, including overnight stays
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Golf industry experience (technology, equipment, or related sporting goods strongly preferred)
- Existing network of golf professionals, course operators, retailers, or industry partners
- Experience selling technical, data-driven, or performance-focused products
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives preferred
