      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct in-home consultations to present awning solutions and determine the best fit for customers
      - Utilize the Solera Sales Process to educate and solve customer problems effectively
      - Achieve sales goals by maintaining a high closing ratio and confirming sales during initial appointments
      - Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact from sale through installation
      - Manage assigned territories to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales experience preferred; home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus
      - Availability for extended hours during peak season (typically February–October)
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a competitive mindset
      - A driven and coachable attitude with high integrity
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer

      - Experience in home improvement or in-home sales
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
      - Familiarity with technology and sales applications
      - Strong presentation and communication skills
