What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop sales in the assigned territory through visits to existing and prospective customers
- Compile market and customer data to generate sales leads and demonstrate products
- Maintain territory records and manage expense accounts
- Prepare reports on market conditions, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Provide senior leadership with essential sales reports and departmental budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6 years of automotive aftermarket-related sales or sales management experience
- At least 5 years of prior leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Eligible to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and traditional automotive aftermarket
- Exceptional negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to analyze issues and think strategically
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
