What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Manage direct accounts and partner relationships across the territory
- Collaborate with application pre-sales experts to create tailored customer proposals
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and account data using Salesforce
- Execute territory plans and communicate progress regularly with the Sales Director
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment, software, or services
- Experience selling into graphic arts, packaging, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and ROI-driven sales strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
