      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage dealer activity for the Radionix Intrusion and Access Control portfolio and other represented manufacturers
      - Achieve assigned sales goals while maintaining expenses within the approved budget
      - Provide sales support to end users, distributors, and integration partners to maximize growth
      - Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and assist with system design
      - Collaborate with internal teams to report customer insights and market trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong technical expertise in designing intrusion detection and access control systems
      - Basic understanding of network infrastructure, including IP addressing and switches
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Teams
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver technical presentations
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Bosch Security Systems or similar intrusion/access control products
      - Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer interactions
      - Exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating skills
      - Outstanding organizational skills and time management abilities
