What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and manage a territory business plan to set distributor growth goals and sales strategies
- Achieve sales targets aligned with the employer's revenue budget
- Develop new distributor prospects to drive incremental growth
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and industry stakeholders
- Communicate territory performance clearly and frequently with leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the PVF industry
- Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills to create clarity and engage effectively with others
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the water distribution industry
- Familiarity with sales technology such as CRM, Tableau, and Dodge reporting
- Involvement in local trade organizations and associations
