      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage a territory business plan to set distributor growth goals and sales strategies
      - Achieve sales targets aligned with the employer's revenue budget
      - Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and contractors to drive growth
      - Collaborate with specialists to ensure successful sales closures
      - Communicate territory performance and market insights to leadership regularly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the PVF industry
      - Self-motivated and driven with a positive attitude
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
      - Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the water distribution industry
      - Familiarity with sales technology such as CRM, Tableau, and reporting tools
      - Involvement in local trade organizations and associations
      - Knowledge of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools
