      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage a territory business plan to set growth goals and sales strategies
      - Achieve sales targets aligned with the employer's revenue budget through effective execution of the business plan
      - Develop new distributor prospects to contribute to incremental growth
      - Build strong relationships with contractors and industry constituents, influencing key decision makers
      - Act as a champion for new product rollouts and communicate territory performance to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the PVF industry
      - Self-motivated and driven individual with a positive attitude
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to create clarity for others
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the water distribution industry
      - Proficiency in sales technology such as CRM, Tableau, and Dodge reporting
      - Familiarity with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools
      - Engagement with local trade organizations and associations for demand generation
