What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and builders to grow sales within the territory
- Conduct new business development activities to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones
- Provide product recommendations and technical advice based on customer needs and feedback
- Analyze sales trends, pricing, and market potential to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare and present effective sales proposals to various customers, ensuring resolution of any issues that arise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems like SAP
