      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage agency relationships to drive profit growth for the employer's products
      - Prospect and approve new agency appointments to expand distribution
      - Train and support agents to meet performance goals and implement agency program policies
      - Monitor agency performance and hold agents accountable for their success
      - Prepare business plans and budgets to ensure efficient operations and cost management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions such as seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking with or without accommodation
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant experience
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow complex instructions
      - Proven ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate conflict resolution
      - Valid driver’s license and compliance with the employer’s driving standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Experience driving sales results in the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Knowledge of competitor offerings to effectively influence agency sales
