      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with independent agents to develop agency-specific strategic business plans
      - Serve as the primary liaison within the market to independent agencies and industry associations
      - Manage the new agency appointment pipeline and support corporate agreements at the local level
      - Analyze market-related issues and deliver on the business unit’s execution plan for growth and profitability
      - Promote a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency Partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role
      - Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and industry competitors
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience

      - Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in sales or agency management
      - Familiarity with industry technology and comparative rating platforms
      - Proven track record of driving business initiatives and achieving sales targets
