      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales plans aligned with target market and business unit objectives
      - Implement strategies to grow sales and market share in the assigned territory
      - Conduct market/customer surveys and report results to inform sales strategies
      - Prepare and present high-impact sales presentations and training seminars
      - Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM customer database in Salesforce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
      - Minimum of five years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
      - Experience in Automotive Aftermarket or Flat Glass sales with existing relationships preferred
      - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
      - Technical sales skills with strong analytical abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Demonstrated creativity and innovation in sales strategies
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
      - Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently
      - Experience collaborating with technical service teams in field trials
