      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, interview, and approve new agency appointments to expand the employer's distribution network
      - Manage agents within a designated area through various communication methods to build relationships and improve agency performance
      - Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and hold agents accountable for execution
      - Monitor agent performance in relation to established goals and guidelines
      - Conduct training for agency staff on the employer's products, services, and value propositions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking with or without accommodation
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of sales or relevant experience
      - Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with compliance to the employer's driving standards
      - Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts effectively
      - Must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with driving sales results
      - Experience working with different lines of insurance, such as Property & Casualty, Commercial, or Life/Health
