What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate strong relationships within the retail space to expand the company’s footprint
- Elevate the company's presence in stores and generate new sales opportunities
- Train retail associates on product offerings, empowering them to effectively promote the brand
- Support retailer pro sales teams to position products as the preferred choice
- Provide aftermarket sales and service support to homeowners in collaboration with retail partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent sales experience
- Experience in the building products industry is preferred
- Background in the retail home improvement environment
- Willingness to travel overnight within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
