      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with distributors and end-users in the industrial sector
      - Promote and sell engineered products, programs, and services through the Authorized Distributor Network
      - Train distributors and end-users on new products and applications
      - Regularly meet with customers to service existing accounts and secure new business
      - Participate in industry trade shows to promote products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration with 2 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 4 years of sales experience without a degree
      - Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to use or learn CRM systems
      - Must have a valid driver's license and be open to overnight travel
      - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales within the industrial sector
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other data management tools
      - Knowledge of industry standards and practices
      - Ability to work in close quarters and at heights
      - Reside in or near Syracuse or Buffalo, New York, and/or Northern Pennsylvania
