      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and understand territory dynamics to develop effective business plans and sales strategies
      - Develop and manage assigned accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction
      - Maintain regular communication with customers, scheduling sales calls and providing product information
      - Utilize CRM tools to manage customer opportunities and forecast business
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with team members including Product Managers and Application Scientists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant Life Science field (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc.)
      - At least 5 years of experience in molecular and/or laboratory pathology sales or field-based customer support
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or key performance indicators
      - Residency in Southern California, preferably in LA or Orange County (consideration for San Diego areas)
      - Familiarity with existing academic, NCCN, corporate, and government accounts in the region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment sales
      - Established relationships with key accounts in the life sciences industry
