What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute territory-specific strategies to achieve sales performance targets and build customer relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) to drive sales of branded products
- Monitor market changes and conduct ongoing analysis to identify account opportunities and needs
- Train Customer Service Personnel and lab representatives on premium branded products and promotions
- Anticipate and proactively address customer needs and issues to strengthen relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated sales experience
- Proven computer and presentation skills
- Customer service experience or client relations strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the vision care or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with software applications such as Salesforce.com
- History of achieving sales results in a competitive environment
- Ability to conduct effective account seminars for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with market analysis and competitive strategy implementation
