What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the "perfect store" sales plan through expanded SKU distribution, shelf space, and promotional execution
- Participate in distributor route rides, market blitzes, and local key account calls
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding sales, marketing, and executional opportunities with Distributor Partners
- Assist District and/or Regional Sales Manager with additional duties as needed
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably in beverage or distributor sales
- Must be 21 years of age or older, with a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to pass an MVR screening
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions with customers
