      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong client relationships with OEM customers and distributor accounts
      - Identify key decision makers and map out strategic accounts to prioritize sales opportunities
      - Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of products and ensure effective customer training
      - Monitor competitive products and provide regular reports to management
      - Assist in strategic planning to meet the product and service needs of assigned accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in direct and/or distributor sales of industrial technical products
      - Effective oral and written communication skills; proficiency in PC skills
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Ability to sell multiple products effectively
      - Willingness to travel overnight 50%-60% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical degree preferred
      - Previous experience in the rubber industry and engineered sealing products
      - Relevant product and system certifications
