      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand agency distribution
      - Manage agents through in-person and virtual interactions to build relationships and deliver training
      - Monitor agent performance and hold them accountable for goals and compliance
      - Conduct training sessions on GEICO products and assist agencies with marketing strategies
      - Develop and execute business plans and budget projections for agency performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
      - Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
      - Valid driver's license and auto insurance
      - Compliance with driving standards and policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in driving sales results and working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
