What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of 300+ veterinary accounts across the Pacific Northwest, building strong client relationships and driving retention.
- Exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery calls to onboarding and ongoing account support.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with veterinary clinics and animal care providers to understand their needs and present customized compounding solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance marketing materials and identify new product opportunities.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing; veterinary industry experience is a plus.
- Proven success in full-cycle sales roles, including prospecting, closing, and account growth.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with email outreach, video calls, and live presentations.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of exceeding targets.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Veterinary industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with leading software demonstrations and educating clients on proprietary tools.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory guidelines related to veterinary compounding.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
